Spring selling season has commenced on the Gold Coast, and online search data reveals the top 10 most viewed residential real estate listings this year. The list showcases a mix of beachside gems and expansive acreage properties, reflecting the diverse preferences of potential buyers.

One standout property that captured significant attention is 1088 Killymoon Drive in Hope Island, a Hamptons-style sanctuary on the waterfront. This stunning residence quickly found a buyer, selling for $2.51 million within a week of hitting the market, leaving many online property enthusiasts both impressed and intrigued.

Another highly sought-after listing is 156 Tallai Road in Tallai, boasting luxurious features such as a 16-seat cinema, a unique roof-opening master bedroom, a wine cellar, and premium leisure amenities like a pool, spa, and gym.
